Hanover Companies, LLC. ("Hanover") operating through its subsidiary, Hanover Services Group, LLC ("Hanover Services"), is the sales and marketing representative for our majority owner or our owner's wholly owned subsidiary.

Our owner or our owner's subsidiary, is generally the individual buyer and reseller of condominiums and single family homes.  We purchase individual properties and unsold condominium units from developers and market and resell them.  We purchase and own every single unit we sell, or we purchase and own the sale proceeds/receivables of every single unit we sell. As a buyer of one of our many luxury properties, you are simply making a direct real estate purchase like any buyer would from any seller.

Our company is not an investment company, investment advisor, nor tax advisor, and we do not offer advisory services of any type or nature.

Hanover Services is not a broker, nor does it employ any brokers in-house. What makes the Hanover group of companies different? As a buyer, we are able to leverage our knowledge and position to make all cash purchases in areas that we believe to have strong, healthy economies and housing markets.

Due to the fact that many of our buyers are "out of state" and want to be "hands-off" with the management and leasing of their purchase, each buyer has an option after closing, to lease their unit to a subsidiary of Hanover. Additionally, we offer the services of an unaffiliated leasing company to provide a separate and direct tenant for the buyer as an alternative to Hanover's lease option. Of course, the buyer may decide to simply occupy the unit and have no additional dealings with Hanover.
