Three Decades of Successful Condominium Communities

Members of HANOVER COMPANIES, LLC have been real estate investors, fund advisors, property managers or developers, for more than thirty-eight years beginning in 1969 and continuing successfully through today.

Our residential condominium group began operations in 1977 and in 1978 we delivered our first residential condominium building. Since that beginning in 1977, every residential community for which the members filed a plan was successfully converted to condominium ownership.

Since the beginning in 1977, we have successfully converted over 11,000 multifamily residential apartments to condominium ownership. As this introduction is being written, approximately 700 more residential apartments are being converted to condominium ownership due to the expertise of our advisory group.

MEMBERS' EXPERIENCE

Negotiated Acquisitions, Capital Structure and Financing, for more than 15,000 apartments in 55 residential communities ($2.0 Billion+)

Directed Operations for the Management of over 60,000 operating apartments in more than 250 multi family residential communities in 7 states ($10.0 Billion+)

Negotiated Acquisitions and Financing and Initiated Operations and Asset Management, for 31 office buildings containing more than 5.65 million square feet ($700 Million+) as well as a number of boutique hotels containing approximately 1,400 keys ($385 Million+)

Negotiated and Directed the Acquisition and Financing for the largest ($3.0 Billion+) direct purchase of office properties and Hotels, (including "special assets" properties) in the history of the Resolution Trust Corporation and its successors in interest, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation.

Directed Operations for the successful development or conversion of more than 11,000 multi-family residential apartments and approximately 150,000 sq. ft of retail space, to condominium ownership ($2.0 billion+)
